Shipping and Exchange Policy

DELIVERY TIME: Your product is shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is purchased and revealed in your live party. Customer Service is our top priority. If it has been over 5 business days with no tracking number emailed to you, please contact your Independent Party Host or Hostess directly before contacting Corporate via Support Ticket.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

During the first 14 days, if your ring has a missing stone please contact your Independent Party Hostess directly. Defective rings must be returned to the Ring Bomb Party Returns Department before exchange is issued.


*Please note, our policy does not cover damages caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of ring metal that may occur over time by extended wear and body chemistry.
